Program Learning Outcomes

• Students will demonstrate knowledge of programming concepts, logic, design, and problem-solving techniques;
• Demonstrate basic information technology skills such as file management, web search, work processing, and spreadsheets; 
• Explore career opportunities in the Tech industry and identify pathways to goal attainment;
• Write computer programs using Object oriented programming features;
• Design, develop and implement database solutions to effectively manage and secure data;
• Develop a project scope while considering factors such as customer requirements, project costs, return on investment, and internal/external business objectives;              
• Analyze, evaluate, and implement comprehensive project plans by applying analytical tools, information systems and emerging technologies to improve business processes and eliminate security vulnerabilities;
• Use correct data modeling practices to develop databases designed to support business needs;
• Design, document and implement computer software solutions given definition of a problem and requirements for a solution;
• Work as a team member in a business information system environment to accomplish the goals of a global organization;
• Create safe, reliable, and secure systems free from undefined program behaviors and exploitable vulnerabilities.
